An easy way to cut fabric to length when making proddy rugs. Wrap a length of fabric around the bar then slip your scissors into the grove and voila….a little pile of proddy bits all the same length.
Two size of bars available – one giving strips a uniform length of 75mm(3 inch) and the other 125mm(5 inch).
